Any Occasion Cakes believe your cake should not only be fabulous to look at but be fabulous to taste also. Therefore  our cakes are freshly baked to order within our kitchen / workshop using the finest fresh ingredients. Some of the lovely ingredients used include eggs (not from caged hens), real butter, Belgian chocolate, we do not use 'bought in' cakes for us to simply decorate. 

We provide a variety of flavours and combinations, using our own unique recipes that have been perfected over 25 years experience. We create a variety of delicious cake flavours and fillings to choose from:

Contemporary  Fruit Cake 

Just like our sponge cakes, our fruit cakes are made to order by hand and in small batches. Using only the finest of ingredients and are made in the traditional way with our tried and tested recipes. As they are handmade and hand decorated they all may  differ slightly  in design making your cake truly bespoke. We start the process  by  soaking the fruits, cherries, citrus peel and nuts in orange juice and brandy, turning for a couple of days until the fruits are plump, cakes are then   baked (in our own workshop kitchen) for a few hours then  we allow the cakes to cool down.  We  decorate as appropriate and to  seal in the moisture we wrap with clear film. This cake is ideal for christmas cakes or traditional wedding cake and for those who prefer a lighter fruit cake.

 
These are just a sample of our classic flavours.  We have added mint liquor to chocolate birthday/wedding cakes, cointrea and orange and made strawberry pink cakes, just ask as I am sure we will be able to accommodate you.
 
Eggless, Gluten  Wheat and Dairy free cakes upon request.
 
We work within the one kitchen and at times using nuts, therefore we are not a nut free environment. For those individuals in need of  a more detailed list of the ingredients used please refer to  our suppliers.
